We are Certified Secondhand goods Dealer under Secondhand dealers and Pawnbroker Act 2004. Our device buyback program is an easy win for your wallet and the planet. 

What devices are we buying ? 

We are buying back a wide range of devices which includes Phones, Tablets, Laptops and Smart watches. Please fill in the attached form and select your device from drop down list. Please note that if the device is not in the list then we are currently not buying that particular model but the device buyback list is updated every week so feel free to check back again. 

How does the Buy Back Program Work ?

Follow these simple steps and get cash for your unwanted tech. 

1. Is your phone Factory Unlocked and fully functional ?

Fully Unlocked and Functional Criteria:

  • Phone powers on and touchscreen works
  • Unlocked to all Networks including no organisation locks (Also known as MDM locks)
  • Clean IMEI and Serial Number ( We won't be able to buy Blacklisted devices)
  • No missing parts (e.g. power &volume buttons, SIM tray)
  • Speakers, Microphones and cameras work
  • Phone charges
  • Battery holds charge (doesn’t require the phone to be attached to a charger to operate) 

Important to Note:

Please ensure you sign out of your Activation Lock (Apple iCloud or Google Account) and/or remove your phone's passcode/password before sending your device to us. We recommend to Factory restore the device before sending to us. 

2. If your device meets the criteria of fully functional then please fill in the form and our team will get back with an offer for your device within one working day.  

3. If you are happy with the offered price then we will email Prepaid shipping label OR you can also drop off the device at our store. Please click here for our store address and timings. 

4. Once we have the device, w’ll run some tests and if the device meets the description and specifications as stated in the form, you will have the cash in your bank account within one working day.  

5. If the device fails to meet the above criteria or doesn’t match the provided details in the form then sadly, we wont be able to buy the device and will arrange for pick up or return of your device.
