How It Works:

It’s simple to turn your old tech into cash! Just follow these easy steps:

1. Is Your Phone Factory Unlocked and Fully Functional?
   Here’s what we’re looking for:
• Power & Touchscreen: The phone powers on and the touchscreen is working.
• Unlocked: The phone must be unlocked to all networks, with no MDM (Mobile Device Management) locks.
• Clean IMEI & Serial: We can’t accept blacklisted devices, so check that your IMEI and Serial Number are clean.
• No Missing Parts: Your phone should have all its essential components (buttons, SIM tray, etc.).
• Fully Functional: Make sure the speakers, microphone, camera, and charging port are all working.
• Battery Holds Charge: The battery should hold a charge and not require the device to be plugged in.

2. Complete the Form:
   Choose your device from the list and tell us a little about its condition.
3. Review the offer and send in your device:
   Once we review the device details you’ve provided in the form, we’ll send you an offer. If you wish to proceed with the offer, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label via email, or you can choose to drop off your device at our facility.
4. Get Paid:
   If your device passes all functionality checks and matches the description you’ve provided, we’ll transfer the cash to your bank account within one business day.
