1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is TechUp Limited (“TechUp”), operating through https://techup.nz.
2. Eligibility

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of TechUp and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Giveaway entries are exclusively available to customers who place orders directly through TechUp.nz. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces including eBay, Reebelo, Kogan, or other external platforms are not eligible unless otherwise stated.
3. How to Enter

Every eligible order placed on TechUp.nz during the applicable giveaway period will automatically receive one entry into the monthly draw.

Orders must be successfully paid and not cancelled, refunded, or identified as fraudulent to qualify.

No manual entry is required.
4. Giveaway Period

Each monthly giveaway begins on the first calendar day of the month and ends on the final calendar day of the same month unless otherwise stated by TechUp.
5. Prize

One winner will receive a refurbished, pre-owned, or open box tech device selected by TechUp.

Prize model, colour, storage capacity, condition grade, and specifications may vary depending on stock availability.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or store credit.
6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their order.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, TechUp reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7. Publicity & Promotional Content

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow TechUp to use submitted photos/videos and first name/city for promotional and marketing purposes.

Winners may be requested to provide a photo or short video with the prize device for use on TechUp’s website, social media channels, and marketing materials.
8. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of the giveaway will only be used for giveaway administration, customer communication, and marketing purposes in accordance with TechUp’s Privacy Policy.
9. General Conditions

TechUp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise outside of its reasonable control.
