Return Policy 

The customer can return any Pre-owned or Refurbished product for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase, on the condition that the product is returned in its original condition with invoice or order confirmation. Please note that 14 days return period doesn't apply to Brand New Sealed Products unless the product is faulty. Please note that Customer has to bear the cost of postage for any 'change of Mind returns'. However, if the device received by customer is damaged or faulty then we will share prepaid return shipping labels and customer will not bear the cost of returning a faulty item.  
 

Warranty Information

For peace of mind we offer 12 months return to base warranty on all our products (unless specified). If you need to make a claim against the warranty, please contact us and one of our team members will guide you through the process. Once we receive the device and validated the issue, we will either fix your device or issue you a replacement within 5-7 working days. We will only issue a refund if we are unable to repair the device or replace it with a like model.

Warranty repairs may take up to 5-7 working days unless notified. The warranty period starts from the date of the invoice and ends 365 days after the invoice date. The warranty may be void if the product is found to have physical damage, liquid damage or has been tampered with. Any alteration, modification, addition or repairs made to the device during the warranty period by anyone other than TechUp,  it's employees or authorised technicians,  voids the warranty. 

What do you need to claim warranty?

To claim warranty, all you will need is the original receipt or copy of order confirmation email. It is very important that you safely keep the receipt as without this evidence you will not be able to claim your warranty. The customer has to send the device at our facility at their own cost (postage) and we will bear the cost for sending the repaired/replacement device to customer. 

What if you received a damaged item ? 

At TechUp, each device is carefully inspected before dispatching and properly secured in bubble wrap packaging. Therefore, it will be highly unlikely that you receive a cracked or damaged product. However, if the device got damaged during transit due to mishandling then kindly get in touch within 48 hours of receipt of shipment at support@techup.nz and our friendly customer support team will get in touch within 4 - 6 business hours. Please note that w'll not be able to accept the claim if the receipt of damaged device is reported after 48 hours. 

Shipping & Delivery

We are a New Zealand based business and all products marked as ‘In stock’ on our website our dispatched within 1-3 business day from Auckland. Our delivery partners are NZPost and DHL couriers . In normal circumstances, we aim to deliver the order in 2-4 Business days within New Zealand and in 4-6 working days Internationally. 

Our standard shipping rate is $6 per order within New Zealand. Orders placed for more than $100 qualifies for free shipping within New Zealand.
International Shipping: Australia
We charge a flat shipping rate of NZD 20 for orders valued less than NZD 500. Orders above NZD 500 are shipped for Free to Australia.  Orders will be delivered Hassle Free to customer's door step and our delivery partner (DHL Express) will ensure that packages entering Australia are custom cleared and duty paid.
